All expected ARAM changes so far coming in League of Legends patch 14.3


Summoner’s Rift isn’t the only thing set to receive a slew of balance updates in the coming week, as ARAM will also receive changes in League of Legends patch 14.3. This time, Howling Abyss has a lot of item nerfs. around, as some of the more powerful item options like Skybreaker, Stormsurge, and Pride will be significantly nerfed so that champions who rely on them don’t start snowballing as soon as they finish the game.

Sivir’s Q cooldown is also getting some nerfs, which will add quite a bit of time to how quickly she clears waves.

Here are all the ARAM changes expected to be made in League of Legends 14.3 so far.

League of Legends patch 14.2 expected ARAM update

Before getting into the list of changes, it’s important to note that Riot will be testing it in the League of Legends PBE first before releasing it alongside the official patch next week. Therefore, there may be major updates and tweaks released between now and the final version.

Broken Sky (nerfs)

  • Cooldown increased from 6 seconds to 18 seconds
  • Cured AD ratio reduced from 140% of base AD to 120%
  • Health loss rate reduced from 6% to 4%

Storm Surge (nerfs)

  • Base damage reduced from 100 to 200 to 100 (SR on PBE changed to 140)
  • AP ratio reduced from 20% to 15%
  • Malignant ARAM weakened:
  • Base damage reduced from 180 to 120
  • AP ratio reduced from 18% to 8.4% (SR nerfed to 15% on PBE)

Arrogance (nerfs)

  • Passive AD reduced from 15 to 10
  • AD per statue reduced from 2 to 1
  • AD duration reduced from 90 to 45

Sivir (nerf)

  • Q cooldown increased from 10-8 seconds to 14-10 seconds

Ash (light yellow)

  • W cooldown reduced from 18 seconds to 18-16 seconds

League of Legends patch 14.3 release date

“League of Legends” patch 14.3 will go live next week and is expected to be available on Rift on February 7, 2023. It will also introduce a new champion, Smolder, while celebrating the Chinese New Year.
