Former world title challenger Marat Grigorian made his ONE Championship debut at ONE: Big Bang in December 2020 against Ivan Kondratyv. Overcame a huge scare in the first round and came back to win in the second round.
ONE Championship relived Grigoryan’s incredible comeback on Instagram, with the promotion posting some highlights from that fight alongside the caption:

The former three-time GLORY Taekwondo World Champion was knocked down by his Russian opponent in the first round. Grigorian was caught off guard by a powerful counter right hand from Kondratiev.

After defeating Kondratiev, Grigorian split his next four fights in ONE Championship with two wins and two losses, beating Andy Sewell and Typhon Ozkan but losing to Kickboxing Ace player Superbong Sinha Mowin and Chingis Alazov.
His next game will be against a very familiar opponent at Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong. They will meet for the sixth time in the competition. A heavyweight kickboxing match on January 28th at ONE 165located in the Ariake Arena in Tokyo, Japan.
