Recently, I ask former students BuzzFeed Community Share crazy stories about teachers in their districts who were fired for very, very good reasons. Here’s what they had to say:
1.“About a year after I graduated, she was arrested for embezzling approximately $8,000 of school funds to pay off gambling debts.”

2.“My fifth grade teacher threw a desk at a student. He said the student was known for being a POS and had had multiple dealings with the school board but they had done nothing.”
They couldn’t fire him outright because they knew he (aka the union) would win the case. They couldn’t put him in the classroom after he lost his temper. So they promoted him to vice principal of another school in town. He later became the main one. “
3.“She always leaves hemorrhoid cream in students’ lockers. It’s hers, but does she always leave it in their lockers? Is this some kind of weird gift? I never Know.”
