“1923” actor Cole Brings Plenty was found dead at the age of 27 after being identified as a suspect in a domestic violence case
“1923” actor Cole Brings Plenty, nephew of “Yellowstone” star Mo Brings Plenty, has died at age 27.
According to the press release Johnson County Sheriff’s Office Shares His body was discovered after deputies received a call about an empty vehicle at 11:45 a.m. Friday.
He was found “in a wooded area away from vehicles.”
The cause of his death remains under investigation.
Cole’s father, Joe Brins Plenty, also confirmed the news through statement Mo shared this on his social media.
The statement began: “It is with great sadness that I can confirm that my son Cole has been found and is no longer with us. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone for your prayers and positive thoughts for Cole. .”
“We would also like to thank everyone who accompanied us as we searched for my son and provided us with the resources we needed to expand our search. This week I learned how many people knew and learned from the kindness in Cole’s heart.”
His father asked for privacy to “process” their grief.
Following his death, his agency Phirgun Mair shared their surprise at his passing.

Cole’s death came just days after he was reported missing. He was last seen on Easter Sunday, March 31, but was not listed as a “missing person” until Tuesday, April 2.
